Day Off
Mid-week the group will take a break from tuition, allowing the opportunity to individually spend time as you please.
This will provide the chance to relax, read a book, walk, cycle, or continue to paint alone.
There will also be an optional excursion organised for those wishing to explore.

Prices
£1,100 per person, based on single occupancy
£850 per person, based on double occupancy
£550 for a partner or friend
Deposit
£220 per person to secure your place
If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend the retreat, your deposit is transferable should you find someone to fill your place, but non-refundable
Not Included
Flights - There are 3 international airports within reach of the Chateau; Nantes, La Rochelle and Poitiers
Rental Cars - These may be picked up at the airports should you wish to have transport throughout your stay

Warm clothes, it is always far colder than it seems when you are standing still all day
Panels/ Canvas
10 panels or canvases
We advise a variety of sizes, but no bigger than 12 x 16 inches
Bring two of whichever sizes you choose so they can be taped together face to face with some cork between and transported home even if wet
Plein air Easel
There are lots of options: half size french box easel/ pochade box (best with tripod to fix underneath)/ aluminium tripod (these tend to be flimsy and easily blown over, but are light)
